Intimate Wedding at The River Road

The River Road and Jasmine Houses and Gardens is a great intimate wedding venue.  Rondell and April spent so much time apart they decided they wanted to be close on their wedding day. Rondell was stationed in Korea.  April was stationed in Tacoma, WA. The long distance romance continued for 2 years.  Phone conversations and Skype video chats lasted for hours into the early morning.  Fate would have it that April has 6 weeks of training in Korea where Rondell was stationed.  While on foreign land, Rondell proposed.  It was February 28, 2016 Rondell proposed to his queen!

In case you are wondering, the two love birds attended Lander University in Greenwood, SC from 1997-2001. They learned of each other through a mutual friend.  The two never dated.  It was not until years later a fire sparked between the two.  The couple became inseparable in 2014 after reconnecting through a mutual friend.  They soon realized they wanted to be together forever.  Rondell and April fell in love with each other’s spirit, heart, and tenderness. The long distance forced them to get to know each other on a deeper emotional level.
